Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to arrange a return for a refund. Items must be in their original condition to qualify. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged by you.

The items you purchase from this outlet store will have some cosmetic issues that have been advertised. These are logged on our system and we will know what condition your items were sent to you, which are classed as their original condition

 

Refunds 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
