Delivery

We despatch orders Monday to Friday and aim to despatch all orders placed by 4pm on the same working day. We are closed and do not despatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping at £3.50 per order. Your items typically arrive within 2-4 working days of despatch.

We currently only ship to the UK.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to arrange a return for a refund. Items must be in their original condition to qualify. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged by you. You are welcome to use whichever courier service you like.

The items you purchase from this outlet store will have some cosmetic issues that have been advertised. These are logged on our system, and we will know what condition your items were sent to you, which are classed as their original condition.
